Help promote “One of the Hottest Independent Digital Advertising Agencies” as well as some of the most recognizable brands in media, entertainment, travel and retail. 360i (www.360i.com) is looking for a Publicist with strong online experience to join our team. The Publicist will work with our Emerging Media team supporting many of our Fortune 500 clients (like NBC, MTV, Ralph Lauren, H&R Block and JCPenney) in crafting and implementing effective digital word of mouth (DWOMSM) campaigns and strategies through blog PR, viral marketing, community marketing and more while partnering with our Corporate Marketing team to gain greater coverage for 360i and its sister companies with top tier print/trade media like Ad Age, Adweek, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, among others.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years experience in public relations (preferably at an agency) or journalism experience
· Proven ability to get traditional and online press coverage on a regular basis for B2B and B2C companies
· Understanding of and experience with social media marketing; experience pitching to bloggers garnering posts that shed positive light and attention is a plus
· Understanding of blog communities, blog monitoring, social networking, viral marketing and online community relations
· Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines (must be able to work with time sensitive materials)
· Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
· Superior writing and editing skills (must provide writing samples i.e. blogposts, press clippings)
· BA/BS in English, Journalism, or Marketing
